Shipping:

We ship all deliveries by Deutsche Post/DHL and so far only within Germany, Austria, France, Spain, England, the USA and Canada.

For shipping to the USA and Canada (postage, packaging & handling), we charge a shipping fee of 22€ (does not apply to custom products). We ship exclusively insured, via DHL Package or Deutsche Post registered mail.

From an order value of 120€, we ship free of charge to the USA and Canada (does not apply to custom products).

As a rule, we ship all orders within 48 hours after receipt of payment (does not apply to custom products). Due to holidays, the dispatch of your orders will be postponed accordingly. The delivery time of 7-14 days stated for the products only serves within the EU. Shipping will take approximately 14 to 30 days to the USA and Canada.

Due to the current corona situation, there are also delays from time to time.
